Front Step Loans ("we", "us") helps people who are looking for loan and debt relief options get in touch with a company that can review their situation. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
When you fill out one of our forms, including a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect the information you enter, such as:
If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also gives us an identifier for that form submission. If you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, such as your browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers.
Ladder Loans. When you submit a form, we share your information with Ladder Loans, the company that will contact you about loan and debt relief options. Ladder Loans uses your information under its own privacy policy. Ladder Loans tells us how your request progresses, for example whether you spoke with an agent or submitted an application.
Advertising platforms. We send Meta the status of requests that came from Meta ads, such as "contacted" or "application submitted", matched to the form submission identifier Meta gave us. Meta uses this to measure our ads and show them to people who are more likely to find them useful. We do not send Meta your debt details.
Service providers. We use companies that host our systems and manage our contact records. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
Legal and business reasons. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
Calls and text messages about your request come from Ladder Loans, not from Front Step Loans. We share your phone number with Ladder Loans only so it can contact you as you agreed on our form. We do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with any other third party for its own marketing.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. To stop calls, tell the caller.
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping records of consent, and then delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by contacting us using the details below. We will verify your request before acting on it.
California residents. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, and share; to delete it; to correct it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Sharing your information with Ladder Loans in exchange for business value may count as a "sale" under California law. To opt out, email us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
